Do I need to register?

No, you can order and check out as a guest.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Boost, GrabPay, TouchnGo eWallet, Shopee Pay and Maybank QR Pay

How much is shipping and how do you ship your orders?

All shipping charges will be displayed before completion of your purchase.

Your order may be shipped by Ninja Van, J&T Express, Poslaju, DHL depending on the product, delivery location and type of delivery service selected.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

What if I need to change, cancel or adjust my order?

Please call us at +60) 03 2714 4065(available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST Monday-Friday). If the shipment is still being processed, we will try to make the change, cancellation or adjustment. There may be an additional fee to change the delivery address once the product has shipped. If the item has already shipped, and changes cannot be made, you may return the item in accordance with and subject to our return policy.
