It takes some time to receive the item. However, this ampoule water treatment is really good. Not sure about the hair loss but it definitely makes my hair smoother and smells great.

So well packed by seller. It came real fast too. I have used the other water treatment and it is superb. I'm trying this one for the first time. Hopefully it is better.
